Job description: Domestic Voice Process
Designation: Executive

Work Location: Hexaware Technologies Ltd, Vetrivel Towers,1297, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore - 641043
Qualification: Any graduate can be considered (arrears can be considered)
Notice period: Immediate Joiners preferable.
* Candidates from Coimbatore location will be preferrable. Desired Candidate Profile: Fresher or Experience in Outbound or Inbound calls with excellent communication.
Freshers with excellent communication can also be considered.Candidate should be strong in communication (should be good Grammar, sentence construction and pronunciation).
Only Immediate joiners.Should be able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech.Should be comfortable working for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs.
Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 22 WPM and 85% accuracy.
Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
